Real estate law clients are making the most significant financial decisions of their lives. Before they pick up the phone, they're running a digital background check. They want to see credentials, track record, and most importantly — a human being they can trust. The brief was to build that trust before contact ever happens.

AWS Law & Title serves both residential and commercial clients across the Tampa Bay area. The design needed to work for a first-time homebuyer as clearly as it did for a developer closing a $15 million commercial transaction. Same page, same message, different entry points.

We chose a deep navy palette — authoritative and professional without the sterility of pure corporate design. Gold accents provide warmth and signal excellence. The result is a site that reads immediately as trustworthy.

Anthony Schweiger's biography is positioned prominently, not buried in an 'About' dropdown. In legal services, the person is the product — and the site reflects that conviction.

Design Decisions

Six choices that convert.

01
Named Partner Bio Front & Center
In legal services, clients hire attorneys — not law firms. Anthony's bio, photo, and credentials appear on the homepage. A prospective client knows who they're calling before they dial.
02
Navy Authority Palette
Every competing real estate attorney in the Tampa Bay market uses either white-and-gray or red-white-and-blue. Navy positions AWS immediately as more established, more premium, more trustworthy.
03
Practice Area Architecture
Each service has its own defined section — residential purchases, commercial closings, refinances, title insurance. A client landing on the site can identify their specific need in seconds without scrolling.
04
Dual Conversion Points
Every page section ends with either a 'Schedule Consultation' button or a direct phone number. We never let a potential client reach the end of content without a clear next step.
05
Trust Badges & Bar Admissions
Florida Bar admission, years of practice, professional memberships — surfaced immediately on the homepage. These aren't resume items; they're objection-eliminators for first-time visitors.
06
Mobile-First Booking Flow
Over 65% of legal service searches happen on mobile. The contact form, phone number, and office directions are all instantly accessible — no pinching, no zooming, no friction.
